Well I feel like I keep hitting a wall. I did great over the weekend...ran 5 on Saturday and 6.2 on Sunday...but now during the week...NOTHING. I did manage yoga on Monday and some light weights...but Tuesday I did nada. Tonight I hope to at least walk a few miles on the treadmill (that was my goal last night and that didn't happen).
Let me tell you of the goals this week that I HAVE NOT accomplished:
Tuesday - treadmill...nope
Wednesday - Gym at lunch or after work...big fat negative
Yes, I joined the gym at work and have yet to go...even to pick up my barcode! I joined online and have to get a barcode and I can't even find time or motivation to walk to the other building to get it...WHAT?!? And I expect myself to get there at least 3 times a week?? This is a bad start already :)
But let's not lose hope or sight of the prize. I hope you're having better luck at staying motivated or at least getting out there and doing a little running/cardio/weights/etc. I know finding the time is hard...the motivation even harder. I keep telling myself it's more satisfying AFTER I do what I set out to do....I just gotta do it!
