Holy coldness, Batman! It's freezing out there!
Well, sorry I haven't been updating in a while, but I haven't lost focus and hope you haven't either. This week was fairly simple on the schedule. Each run so far was about 2 miles each time, so it was nice to get a reprieve. Next week is another story...
Hope you're getting out there even in the cold weather, or getting on a treadmill or some sort of cardio to keep that heart pumping. My biggest set-back is finding something other than walking or running for my "cross training" days. I feel like I need some other cardio to condition myself...but I don't belong to a gym and the whole bike riding thing is not an option. I guess I could tape an aerobic show or something and do it after work. Any suggestions?
