Still going strong...

Well, I managed to do the 4 miles yesterday...it felt great to finish. Almost half way there through training miles wise. It feels good knowing I'm keeping up with the training schedule.

Today was yoga and weights...I like Mondays :) WHAT?!? Ok, I like Mondays on the training schedule, maybe not so much otherwise.

Keep up the great work and get out there!! The race will be here before we know it.

  1. I've been quiet lately but I've been training. This week has been challenging but I'm still going strong. I plan to hit the treadmill tomorrow morning for 4 miles. I need to update my iPod because if I hear the right song, I can kick it in gear and really 'move something'. Happy training & I promise to check in more often. Thanks for keeping this going.
