Just chugging along...

Well Saturday was pretty decent. Walked on the treadmill for 2 miles and did some light weights. Had Lydia's bday party so most of the day was devoted to that. Sunday is another story...will get out and run 4 according the schedule. I have my course all mapped out and ready to go...wish me luck! I'll report in on it afterwards.

Here's a nice website to help you map out courses for your runs, which also shows mileage:
www.usatf.com click on "America's Running Routes" the USA map icon in the middle, then type in your zip code in the designated box and click "go." Zoom in on your area and start clicking away to map out a route...to the left of the map you'll see the mileage.
