Well, I managed to wake up early (well, relatively early) and run the 2 miles I didn't run last night. I still have to do my strength piece and will aim to do that tonight while watching my shows :)
So I hope you're sticking with a program to help increase your mileage from week to week. So far this week I've ran a total of 8 miles...that's not too bad. And walked another 2+.
Stay strong and focus on the prize...just think how rewarding it will be at the end.
